New trousers from AUBERGE for the 26AW season. The fabric is a slightly thicker version of early 20th-century French military herringbone, yarn-dyed with a special, easily fading dye to enhance the product processing. This herringbone features the traditional French style where the reverse side has a different weave structure.
The silhouette is a wide baggy trouser. The volume and texture derived from the cotton-linen blend are exceptional. With a superb vintage wash finish and a wide silhouette, these trousers are very easy to wear.
AUBERGE is inspired by the 18th-century French inns that offered gourmet dining and lodging. Their style is based on 1930s-1940s vintage, creating items that feel comfortable—neither too old nor too new. They express luxury through carefully selected textiles and meticulous sewing, valuing the handmade atmosphere above all else.
