WORKERS has revisited their long-sleeve open collar shirt design, refining the pattern for better versatility and ease of wear. The hem is now a flat, straight cut, moving away from previous side slits and uneven lengths. The silhouette is balanced, with a size 15 featuring a 57cm chest width and a 48cm shoulder width, providing a comfortable fit without being overly loose or tight. The sleeve width has been adjusted for added comfort.

The top buttonhole is horizontal, while the others are vertical. The neck circumference is slightly roomier than previous models, allowing for comfortable wear even when the top button is fastened. These subtle adjustments to the pattern significantly impact the overall balance, aiming for a shirt that feels naturally comfortable to wear.

The fabric is a 5-ounce indigo chambray. It features a darker blue tone that stands out when compared to other work shirts. This deep color gradually brightens with wear and washing, maintaining a stable, rich impression even as it fades. It offers the charm of an indigo fabric that evolves from a dark starting point.

Alternatively, the smoky chambray version is a 100% cotton fabric that mimics the look of wool. By dyeing the cotton fibers before spinning and blending in subtle black and white threads, it achieves a deep, heathered texture.
