The WORKERS Band Collar Shirt (2607-BCSH) is made in Japan. The design is based on vintage British military band collar shirts. While the original features a long length exceeding 80cm, WORKERS has adjusted it to approximately 76cm. This modified length is perfectly balanced for both tucking in and wearing untucked.

The sleeves are designed with extra room in the width and at the elbows. This added space improves range of motion, reduces tension during movement, and makes the sleeves easier to roll up. The front features a classic rounded hem with overlapping details, a specification often found in antique shirts that adds a vintage touch to modern outfits.
