The WORKERS signature Lounge Jacket features a construction with stitched-down facings, giving it the ease and comfort of a coverall. While maintaining the base silhouette, this season updates the previous three-button design to a two-button style, with a slightly larger lapel to match. Designed differently from a formal suit jacket, it offers a balanced look that is easy to incorporate into daily outfits. It pairs well with jeans, chinos, or military pants, and can be worn over shirts, T-shirts, or sweatshirts.

This jacket is meant to be worn casually like a coverall rather than treated as a formal piece. The wool herringbone tweed version includes sleeve linings and is delivered in an unwashed state. The twisted herringbone fabric uses a yarn structure where 100% white wool is wrapped around a dark 90% wool/10% nylon core for both the warp and weft, creating a deep, textured appearance. Reconstructed based on fabric specifications from the 90s, this material offers a distinct, crisp contrast that sets it apart from standard top-gray tweeds.
