This pair was born from the idea that if you can add two pockets to a four-pocket design, you could also create a four-pocket version by removing the back pockets from a six-pocket design. Based on the M-65 pattern, the front pockets have been changed to slanted chino-style pockets. By removing details like flaps, knee pleats, and hem drawstrings, it has been reconstructed as a simpler, more comfortable military pant.

Reducing the number of pockets lightens the weight and bulkiness typical of six-pocket pants. By keeping the side pockets but omitting the back pockets, it achieves both a clean look and a lightweight feel when worn. The material is 100% cotton back satin. While a cotton/nylon blend was considered to mimic the original M-65, the focus was placed on the pleasant texture unique to 100% cotton, with a balanced color tone that is neither too dark nor too light. The size label uses a military-inspired specification, balancing design and heritage.

The denim version uses a fabric with a slightly dark overall appearance, featuring a brown-toned weft. This is a specification often seen in military denim, said to make dirt less noticeable. The brown-back denim pairs well with the military design, tightening the overall aesthetic. The product is one-washed.
