A collection designed from the last based on archive models of military shoes housed by Sanders, an official supplier to the MOD (British Ministry of Defence). It features an all-round lineup applicable from casual to dress styles. The Military Collection is a Japan-limited line produced by reviving the wooden last that Sanders actually used for shoes destined for the British Ministry of Defence 20 years ago. It features a beautiful classic silhouette, and the name on the insole reproduces the vintage name from that era rather than the current one.

Side gore boots that are easy to put on and take off are convenient for everyday use. This model features the iconic, now rare triple-needle stitching on the cap, also known as Puritan stitch, showcasing three characteristic stitch lines.

The collar features elastic goring and a convenient pull tab for easy wear. While considering ease of entry, the design also focuses on a beautiful form, combining a suppressed welt extension and thickness for a rugged yet contemporary and refined style.

The upper is made of polished leather, a type of corrected-grain leather common in British shoes, finished with an accentuated gloss and a luxury look. It features high gloss, resistance to scratches and stains, and relatively good water resistance. After brushing, polishing with a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of water will maintain the gloss. Because of the easy care, it is also recommended for those wearing leather shoes for the first time.

The sole adopts the British Dainite sole by Harborough Rubber, offering superior grip and durability compared to leather soles, making it suitable for city walking.

Sanders & Sanders Ltd. was established in Rushden in 1873 by brothers William and Thomas Sanders, boasting a history of about 135 years as the final remaining influential manufacturer in the shoemaking sanctuary of Northampton. The company is in its fourth generation of family management and employs over 90 artisans.

Although now complemented by production machinery and advanced computer control systems, the traditional Goodyear welt construction is still carried on, and the commitment to materials remains unchanged, using natural materials for almost all parts. As proof of this, it has obtained ISO 9002 assurance certification, granted to only a few manufacturers in the British footwear industry. Products are exported to over 30 countries and regions, just as they are supplied to the UK market.
