Hello.
This is Nishiyama from andPheb.
The 1-tuck slacks from INTERIM that I introduced last time.
Slacks derived from military wear that combine ruggedness and elegance. #INTERIM
Many people read it, and I felt there was a demand for it.
I personally like writing these kinds of descriptive blogs, so I'm happy (laughs).
Now, following the slacks,
INTERIM has many items that make you want to talk about them.
In this blog, I will introduce trousers that show a different expression.

INTERIM
“BOURGERON” FRENCH WORK TROUSER
The base is a work trouser called “BOURGERON” which was used as French military and civilian workwear in the 1930s.
A beautiful silhouette with room around the waist and a gentle taper.
It is truly functional beauty that also allows for ease of movement.
And this pair has been elevated to a more elegant balance while retaining the details of work pants.

There are many details that follow vintage styles.
There are several features, but first is the use of linen for the inner waistband and pocket bags.
Following vintage styles, thin plain-woven linen (natural color) is used here.
And the front fly features a double top button and a hook familiar in French workwear.
I've heard various theories, including that this hook is used for waist adjustment (so you can unbutton the top button and wear it with just the hook when you're full).

Furthermore, all buttons, including the suspender buttons, are custom-made iron.
For those who doubt, "Is it really iron?", an original magnet is included so you can check.
This kind of playfulness is what makes INTERIM stylish.
If I had to mention a difference from the original, it's that it also has belt loops.
It's inconvenient to rely only on suspender buttons, right?
It has been modified to specifications suitable for everyday use.

And the characteristic diamond-shaped gusset-like detail at the crotch.
I assume it's a three-dimensional construction pursued for ease of movement, but it's impressive that they put so much effort into such an inconspicuous place...
This model is available in 3 fabrics this time.
All are special deadstock fabrics.
Despite that, the price remains reasonable.
I think there is no reason not to buy it (laughs).
Waist/Inseam (laid flat):
Size 3: 41cm/72cm
Size 4: 43cm/73cm
Size 5: 45cm/74cm
Something like that.
For me, at 177cm/62kg, Size 3 is just right.
But I choose Size 4 because I want to wear it with a little room.
I hope this helps with sizing.
Now, let's take a look at each fabric.

MELANGE WOOL DOUBLE FACE DEADSTOCK FABRIC “BOURGERON” FRENCH WORK TROUSER
(IT26A097)
¥41,800 (tax included)
177cm / Wearing Size 3
Uses Italian melange wool double-face fabric picked from the French LVMH deadstock collection.
Since it is 100% virgin wool and woven at high density using fine count yarn, it has a glossy and elegant impression.
It has a very dressy balance despite its thickness.
The beautiful 2-tuck silhouette that is emphasized when tucking in is also attractive.
Also, the firmness of the double-face fabric plays a role in expressing this beautiful silhouette.
Rough, but looks expensive.
I'm surprised that it's this high quality at this price...
Olive for gray.
I've styled it elegantly with a BATONER high-twist crew neck.

HARD TWIST WOOLRIB CREW NECK
(BN-26FM-032)
¥39,600 (tax included)
177cm / Wearing Size 3

DEADSTOCK WIDE CORDUROY “BOURGERON” FRENCH WORK TROUSER
(IT26A107)
¥39,600 (tax included)
177cm / Wearing Size 4
This is also a special fabric picked from the French LVMH deadstock collection.
It is Italian wide-wale cotton corduroy.
While it has volume due to the wide wale, it is relatively lightweight contrary to its appearance.
Because it's not heavy, it's stress-free, and its versatility, which seems wearable for 3 seasons excluding summer, is also attractive.
The surface fuzz is carefully trimmed in the final process to express a beautiful luster, making it a good fabric that feels elegant despite being a casual material.
Lately, I've been in the mood to wear corduroy pants.
The atmosphere of rough vintage corduroy pants is good, but having the option to wear corduroy cleanly is also nice.

SUPERIOR WOOL CASHMERE DOUBLE FACE DRAP DEADSTOCK FABRIC “BOURGERON” FRENCH WORK TROUSER
(IT26A101)
¥50,600 (tax included)
177cm / Wearing Size 4
The last one is a fleshy fabric that seems like it could last until mid-winter.
It is an Italian virgin wool & cashmere double face picked from the French LVMH deadstock collection.
An exquisite fabric made only of virgin wool and cashmere.
Since it is double-faced, it has thickness, but it is also a luxury to be able to feel the comfort of the fabric directly.
Smooth and chewy texture.
Personally, I think it's the best pair of wool melton-style pants.
Since it is a material that gives a sense of weight, I paired it with GUIDI, which has a volume that doesn't lose out.
It's simple, but it's a combination where the goodness of each item stands out.

FILMELANGE
“DAMIAN” Duofold Honeycomb L/S Tee
(DAMIAN-26A)
¥22,000 (tax included)
177cm / Wearing Size 5

GUIDI
COATED LEATHER FRONT ZIP DADDY BOOTS Vibram SOLE
(GR05FRVRU)
¥325,600 (tax included)
177cm / Wearing size 42H
I have a resistance to slacks.
But I also want pants that give a clean impression.
The "Bourgeron Pants" are perfect for such people.
Tuck in your shirt and pair it with a jacket.
Or pair it casually with a sweatshirt, long-sleeve T-shirt, or thermal.
I think its greatest charm is its versatility, fitting both styles perfectly.
Choose your favorite fabric and enjoy the autumn and winter seasons.
Please come and try them on in-store!
See you soon.
