A single-layered double-breasted jacket. It features a relaxed fit in the body and arms with a slightly shorter, balanced length. Designed without a lining to balance beautiful tailoring with functionality, it utilizes various sewing techniques including rare hand-stitching and piping.
The pocket openings are accented with piping made from deadstock leather. While the tailoring is authentic, the jacket is designed to be worn effortlessly, with a shoulder line engineered for a natural fit. The pattern, stitch work, and seam directions have been significantly altered from standard jackets.
Crafted from yarn-dyed flannel fabric made from fine-count Super 120's worsted wool. Woven at a long-established domestic wool mill, this classic suiting fabric offers a beautiful drape. The finish involves fulling to increase density and add volume to the fabric. The surface is lightly brushed, providing both a beautiful sheen with every movement and excellent heat retention.
