Although it is still hot in August, the atmosphere of AW is starting to arrive at the store little by little. At this turning point of the season, the first things you want to incorporate are materials and items that feel like autumn and winter.
This time, I paired a denim jacket with a thermal, and velour track pants for the bottoms.
By adding the luster of velour to the light combination of a denim jacket and thermal, I created an autumn/winter style that you can enjoy a little later.
Instead of immediately switching to heavy autumn/winter outfits, start by getting a head start on the season little by little through materials, colors, and silhouettes. That is where the beginning of AW lies.

This time, I used the SCYE denim jacket as the main piece, paired with the ULTERIOR football T and NEEDLES velour track pants.
The jacket is based on a vintage 1st type, tailored with SCYE's signature pattern making. The soft texture of the organic cotton denim is also appealing.
For the inner layer, I chose a honeycomb waffle football T made of a wool and cotton blend. I chose a deep dark purple color to enjoy the contrast with the denim.
For the pants, I chose NEEDLES velour narrow track pants. The calm charcoal color with purple jacquard lines subtly tightens the overall look.
This style layers different textures—denim, wool, and velour—while keeping the color palette calm and cohesive.
It is recommended to get a head start on the season little by little with materials and colors, even at this time of year when it is still a bit early for full-scale autumn and winter.
