A new wide-silhouette one-wash denim made from organic cotton has arrived from SCYE BASICS.
The fabric uses denim made from organic cotton. While it possesses the powerful expression unique to denim, it is finished with a soft and supple texture, offering a comfortable fit that naturally conforms to the body from the very first wear. The one-wash process brings out the texture of the fabric and gives it a moderately subdued look.
These are wide-silhouette jeans that fit slightly around the waist and fall almost straight from the extra-wide thigh to the hem. We have also paid close attention to the sewing specifications in pursuit of a vintage-style look that develops over time. We use several types of cotton thread with different counts and colors, and the sewing is done using a US-made Union Special machine that is no longer in production today. By using cotton thread, the thread shrinks along with the fabric, creating the twisting and fading characteristic of selvedge denim. Since the rise is set deep, it is also a convenient point that you can adjust the wearing position according to your preference.
Since it has been one-washed, you can wear it from that very day. It is finished as a pair that allows you to enjoy beautiful fading and a great silhouette.
